An original artwork deserves to arrive exactly as it left the studio. Here is how we pack, insure, and deliver every piece — wherever in the world it's headed.
Handling is the time to prepare and pack; transit is time with the carrier.
| Destination | Handling | Transit |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 3–5 business days | 2–4 business days |
| Europe (EU/EEA) | 3–5 business days | 5–8 business days |
| United States & Canada | 3–5 business days | 7–12 business days |
| Rest of world | 3–5 business days | 10–18 business days |
Estimates are indicative and begin once a work is collected. Made-to-order and framed pieces may extend handling time; the exact estimate appears on each listing.
Every piece is packed to museum-transit standards. Works on paper are protected between acid-free boards; canvases are corner-guarded and float-wrapped; framed and glazed works travel in custom-built crates. Nothing leaves the studio until it is safe for the journey ahead.
We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes for destinations outside the shipping origin are calculated at checkout where possible, or billed by the carrier on delivery. Sveelo handles all export documentation so your work clears customs without delay.
Every shipment is fully insured door-to-door for its purchase value at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking link the moment your work is collected, and high-value pieces ship with a signature-on-delivery requirement.
Large, sculptural, or made-to-order works may require specialist white-glove couriers and a little more time. When a piece needs bespoke handling, the estimated timeline is shown clearly on the listing before you purchase.
