Choosing original art should feel confident, not final. If a ready-made work isn't right for your space, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.
Email info@sveelo.com from your order account within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue return instructions the same or next business day.
Return the piece in its original packaging and condition. Keep the crate, boards, and wrapping your order arrived in — original artworks must be protected to the same standard for the return journey.
For your protection, we book an insured, tracked courier for the return rather than asking you to ship a valuable work yourself. You’ll receive a collection window and tracking link.
Once the work arrives and passes a condition check, we release your refund to the original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation the moment it’s processed.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the work passing inspection. Return collection is complimentary; original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
Every shipment is fully insured. If your work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the piece and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
